  • Employees shall not seek or accept gifts, favors, entertainment, or payments without a legitimate business purpose from individuals or entities conducting business with or competing against The Need of the Hour!.
  • Exceptions include customary business courtesies, such as modest meals, nominal gifts, or event tickets, subject to prior approval.

  • Employees must avoid situations where personal interests conflict with those of The Need of the Hour!.
  • Full disclosure of any potential conflict of interest is mandatory, including ownership in competing enterprises or holding positions that could impact the company’s interests.

  • Mishandling confidential information, particularly involving personnel data, may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
  1. Social Media Guidelines:
  • Employees must comply with The Need of the Hour!‘s social media policies.
  • They should distinguish personal views from official company positions when discussing The Need of the Hour! or its activities.
  • Posting content that could damage the company’s reputation, violate laws, or include discriminatory remarks or threats of violence is strictly prohibited.
